The act if going home with a girl only to find out that her roomeate is hotter. After coming up with a plan to leave the premises and the date, you find a way to sneak back into the house to hook up with the said hot roomate.

I had a great night, I went home with Mary, but her roomate Angel and decided it was a perfect time to pull the Sneaky Tim.
