Tongue Puddle 

While licking out a woman that is on there period they made bleed. When it does bleed the blood gathers on the tongue resulting in a tongue puddle of blood.

Ben: I was licking out Beth last night and then out of the blue she just exploded with her period shit all over my face! There was even a tongue puddle!

Joe: No fucking way!
