A person who keeps joke going for longer than necesery. Their jokes are usualy not that funny and most of the time they don't land. But when they do they laugh like theyre in a comedy show. Its fine tho cuz they have nice style and usualy are laughing at every one and hitting others.

Why are you so sad?
Because elīna hit me and then laughed at her joke.
