A place you can go to watch drug deals in the bathroom, but also watch to kids licking buttholes in the locker room while the pub lice jumps back and forth. Most of the teachers are dumber than the students, and don't teach shit, but if you walk around long enough you can learn that you can be transgender or how to suck the nasty ass boys off in the band and choir hallway.
