Bed-Up

A sit up or push up done in bed because you are to lazy to do them on the floor.

"oh damn it's 12'oclock"

"I have not yet exercised and am to tired to actually complete a proper workout"
"I will just do a few bed-ups, that will keep me feeling good about myself"
