The Act of Purposefully Coughing when waking past a Smoker in an act to make them feel Bad or Guilty. Typically done as a child to add an extra layer of guilt.

“Why are you coughing so much, are you okay?”

When a Group of Three or more Girls Walk in a horizontal line across the path, completely preventing you from getting past or walking at your natural pace.

“Why are you walking so Slowly?”
“I can’t Get past, There is a Female Fence in front of me.”
