A group of guys that come in your home while you may be at work, outside in the yard, or even inside your own home that disguise themselves with their surrounding areas to blend in with the current environment in order to take advantage of your significant other.

Her: I wonder when "The Joshes" will be here. My boyfriend is downstairs cleaning the garage.
