BUNT-DOWN 

(V.) To back down, resign from a challenge
Oftentimes used when about to get in a fight, the challenger will yell "BUNT-DOWN" in order to give the opponent a chance to resign from the stated challenge .

Jim told Steve to "BUNT-DOWN" during a minor scuffle. Steve did not and endured serious injuries.

(N.) A code name for weed when your in public.

Ganther 

One who takes in 100% of income and spends it on nothing, ie rocks and dirt ect.

Jim was being a ganther when he was selling sticks he found on the ground.
