1.) adj. describes a person who has just completed anal relations with another individual, henceforth sporting a turd on his dick.

2.) noun Someone who is extremely stupid, annoying, irritating, and probably so retarded that he doesn't wash the turds off of his own phallus after anal intercourse.

Sound made when a bommoch or pummel horse enters a room. Usually associated with stepping up or down to enter.
