1) A combination of jewed and nigged. An ultimate rip off.
2) When someone steals or destroys something of yours.

"Man, that car salesman straight jigged me on that car. I got it two blocks and it died".

"Dude, Jack just jigged you out of about $300, he broke your x-box".
