Thurl
Thurl is also a Philly term but now Cleveland as well. Thurl in cleveland currently mean nice, or good. Its more than likely said as “that’s thurl” or things in that nature. It can be used for looking at a guy or female saying they look nice or good or food or clothing and stuff like that. Thurl is just a word that means good.
