Some one who is horrible on the inside (e.g. Personality) but good on the outside (e.g. Physical appearance)

Girl 1: "Brian is such a jerk"

Girl 2: "yeah he's a total Turd Burger "
Girl 3: "Yeah he has a mean personality but he's still pretty hot "
