A person who can continuously annoy anyone by asking stupid questions and/or doing stupid things. They think they know it all and they can sometimes be funny. Usually have blonde hair or red hair.

Bob is such a merpadoodle. He just tried to do a backflip off the trash can, it tipped over and he fell and hit his head.

Another way of saying French Whore. Someone who sleeps around or dresses provocatively.

That girl is such a pockey twat. She has slept with the whole football team.
