Doob or doobay.
An attractive specimen of the opposite gender or your spouse.
Slang use originating in Sydney’s inner west.

“Ey bra check out that doobay over across the road!”, “yeh she’s heaps fit aye.”

“Stop lookin at her, she’s me doob. I’ll kick ya teeth in!”
