A mostly vague expression; generally used to express nonchalance about a topic being discussed.

She asked me how I felt about the romp; 'Bliesche', I replied.
'The world is ending!!!' 'Bliesche.'

1. Too fly for human understanding, similar to past usages of Phat.

2. Baby Pegasus; derived from Pony Fly or Pegasus filly

The new Kendrick album isn't just fly, it's phly af.

In the Barbie Pegasus series, they didn't include a single phly.
