Indian Godfather's definitions
It is an abbreviation for Khade Lund Pe Dhokha, which roughly translates to cheated when the dick was hard. It means that a person was cheated or left stranded, especially when they were ready. It is very commonly used to refer to a 'blue balls' related situation (deprivation).
