The act of getting bitched out by your boss and when he or she thinks that you haven't completed your work.

Having to listen to your boss drone on and endlessly monologue on a topic

Eddie: Well, that was fun meeting with the boss.
MK: Did you get Thompsonized?
Eddie: You know it!
