Someone, most of the time a girl, who can't find any clothes to wear even though his/her closet is full. Normally resulting in a huge crying break down, hysterical yelling, or a phone call to friends.

Jill: OMG, Joan you are totally acting like a noclothestramastica.

Joan: I AM NOT!! SHUT UP AND HELP ME FIND A FREAKING SHIRT!

A group of girls who pay to have friends.

Girls join a sorority and then pay to be in it. That is how they make friends, by money.
