Dreyling Device 

A Carbon Dioxide cartridge filled with dynamite for use as a pyrotechnic device or IED. Named after Charles Alfred Dreyling, Jr., a flight school student from Oklahoma City, who received media attention after being caught trying to bring one on-board an airplane in his carry-on luggage.
Police found an unexploded Dreyling Device at the scene of the crime.
