manipulatte 

The act of supplying females with cold beverages (such as iced lattes, milk shakes, rootbeer floats, etc) in an attempt to make their nipples hard where they are viewable through their shirt.

Co-worker: "Hey man why do you always get Jessi an iced latte on your way to work"

Purchaser of beverage: "I am attempting to manipulatte her nipples through her blouse."
