When performing the act of a MacMillan or an Armstrong and becoming unable to remove yourself from the act.
Usually requires the help of a neighbour or sexual partner to free oneself from this atrocious position.

"Brian, grab your shoehorn and get over here! I was pulling off a MacMillan and now I'm stuck! I'm totally Gerson'd!"
