A violent group of criminals that rule the streets of a small town by violence, drugs, and hoodies. There mass economy comes from cocaine moon pies, and pot cosmic brownies. The way you can identify a member of this dangerous group is by them wearing a sweater with the hoodie on and making an upside down rock sign. Not everyone can be in this group of criminals. Then get jumped by either the leader, co-leader, or drug lord. The most powerful people in this cruel group is the leader, co-leader, or drug lord.
