An extremely small town in West Virginia on the bank of the Ohio River that is filled with fat, balding douche bags whose biggest accomplishment in life was being on the high school football team. The only thing to do is drink at Connections, have sex with 16 year olds, smoke blunts on Waverly Road, and talk about high school.
