Texas nachos

A plate of Fritos that has been coated by a blast of diarrhea. Originated in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as a practical joke -- "Hey, want to come over to my place for some nachos?" -- and has now become a generic term for unappetizing food or a bad situation in general.

"That sounds about as appealing as a tray of Texas nachos."
