wears tracksuit bottoms with bomber jacket
rides around the area on bikes
commit crimes (robbery in particular)
shows aggressive and intimidating behavior
lives on benefits
acts tough/ hard *slang for tough*
Chill in shady areas on in front of fast food restaurants
