To Austrian Death Machine something is to base something completely off of quotes made by or involving Arnold Schwarzenegger much like the songs by the metal band Austrian Death Machine.
Kid#1: Let's Austrian Death Machine this. The next line in our German project should be wer ist dein Vatty und was er gemacht? (who is your daddy and what does he do?)
Kid#2: The next one can be "I am a cybernetic organism, living tissue over a metal exoskeleton"
