Hench

A VERB referring to the act of a Henchman/ Henchperson doing the bidding of, submitting to, and/or endeavoring to be under the employ of an Archvillain. Simple blatant examples of this can be seen throughout popular Media , most notably in James Bond films, Animation, and Superhero films, books,, and Comics. Modern derivative meanings include the currently trending use of the word as an ADJECTIVE within the realm of Fitness/Bodybuilding to connote an individual who is excessively built, harkening back to the archetype of imposing, well-built, menacing individuals that have traditionally functioned as Henchpeople in Media.
Each of the three characters in the D.C. Universe that have worked under the moniker " Robin" committed themselves to hench for Batman.

Johnny had to consider whether he wanted to hench for the Mutilator, who would provide less benefits but instantly promote him to being a Sidekick, or to hench for King Spork, which comes with excellent benefits but places him as one among hundreds of Henchmen.
