Event or party that is a dating game attended by singles who use mobile phones such as a Blackberry or iPhone to flirt or Flitter with one another using Twitter.

I met a girl at a Flitter party by flittering her on my iPhone.

A word included at the end of a Flitter (a flirting tweet or Twitter message) to tell the other person to Flitter you back.
