Any span of time lasting one hour or longer during which you're watching your favorite channel and then a few back-to-back episodes or marathons of the show you hate most decide to play and ruin the moment.

Hey I was just watching a Red Racer marathon all morning until Discover Ponies came on and ushered in the crappy hour.
