Shamhead 

A Shamhead is a person who repeatedly carries out actions or behaviours found annoying and disapproved by most of the public. The actions themselves do not necessarily have to be a crime but rather irritating. A shamhead is similar to a Rarehead however It is considered less offensive and more commonly used. You tend to be considered a shamhead if you participate in regular shams.

E.g. "What a Sham! Noah has locked me out again!"
"Wow he sounds like a right Shamhead!"
"He is, he's always upto shams like this"

A person or character who displays uncommon characteristics or behaviours which are considered different to the social norm.

E.G. Fuck me that Steven is a right rarehead!
