When a guy (usually named Jack Ransley) is placed into a situation with a lot of tension surrounding it (usually social issues with girls involved).

Side Effects may include any of the following:
- Looking like a hulk (though having no muscle. (Does not include Green body)
- Scaring the Brisbane public at cinemas
- Punching holes in walls

Jack Ransley - "I was so pissed off last night when my ex showed up with her friends"
Guy 2 - "Damnnnnnn, How did it go?"
Jack Ransley - "Let's say they have Jack-Ransleyophobia now"
