On snapchat this means "streaks and recents." Basically, the person is letting you know that they're sending a mass snap to everyone they have a streak with or have snapchatted recently. Can be very annoying if this is all they send you.
"I hate when people send me 's&r,' like, you don't need to let me know that I'm getting a mass snap!"

H = honors, 90-100
V = very good, 80-90
G = good, 70-80
P = passing, 60-70
U = unsatisfactory, 40-60
X = seriously failing, <40
"V" is about equal to an "A" in the normal grading system. St. Stephen's added in another letter for students that are above this level.
