ocho 

1: An ocho is someone who is sexually attracted to girls primarily of about 8 years old. An ocho prefers eight year olds, but they also are attracted to girls of other ages.

2: It may also refer to the eight year old girls themselves.

Carl: "Dude, I heard that guy likes 10 year olds!"
Jim: "Nah, he's an ocho."

Joe: "Damn, that's one sexy ocho!"
