when you see a male/female and they appear to be hot, but upon a second look you realize they are a not as hot as you first thought.

John: did u see that dime?
Will: yea man she is fake tight.

Washington DC slang term. A person who is always conversing about the lord, when you see them. weather or not the topic is brought up.

Joe: man i hate it when harry comes around

Originated in Philadelphia circa 1998. When discussing events that are of intrest to both parties. The person that didn't know what was going down would say that's what's up.
usally rhetorical.

Frank:Yo! There's a big concert at the spectrum tonite?
Jonny: that's what's up!
