A clumsy or awkward guy, who constantly screws things up. Not quite a loser, he may just be unlucky. You may still friends with one, but still.

Fairly common in Western New York, Buffalo

"Barry spilled the bag of weed all over the carpet. Then, while reaching second base with Adele, he threw up on her shoes!"
