a pereson who cannot operate his own phone,stereo,tv or computer. unable to configure set up or figure out on his own.

mike could not figure out how to get his blue tooth to work or set his surround sound up by himself. he couldn't even set up his car stereo equalizer in the head unit. he's such a Morton !
