A Buddy is any person or persons who take penises into their mouths for cash. You will typically see these people standing on the street corners (usually men) who are being picked up by older men in their late 80's for road head. They tend to operate around the scranton area of PA. Police have been trying to get more information about this new form of prostitution however, due to corruption in the police force.. mostly Buddy giving the cops road head,
