Let It Soak

Based off the Mormon of “Soaking”. “Let it soak” is a term used In golf, "soaking" refers to leaving the flagstick in the hole while putting, rather than removing it. This term is informally used when a player asks their playing partner whether they should take the flag out or leave it in. For instance, one golfer might ask, "Do you want me to pull the pin?" and the other could respond, "No, let it soak," indicating they prefer to keep the flagstick in place while making their putt. Keeping the flagstick in the hole can offer advantages in terms of visual reference or helping with alignment, depending on the player's preference or the specific conditions of the putt.
