pandemic vehicle
A car, truck, SUV etc. built during the COVID-19 pandemic that has numerous quality control issues and missing/removed features due to the ensuing microchip shortage.
It'll be interesting to see how pandemic vehicles hold up in terms of reliability and resale value over the next several years, especially compared to slightly earlier model year (2018-2019 especially) versions of the same vehicles.
