Grampod

n. A pre-ipod MP3 player or one with a design typical of such. Will generally have one or more of the following attributes; discman-style push-buttons, a clunky, cumbersome appearance and relatively small storage space.

A portmanteau of 'grampa' and 'ipod'.

Screw all this sleek, trendy crap, I'm happy with my grampod.
