A variant of the words
bitch and
altoid. Bitch, meaning a very shrew-ish person, is combined with Altoid, the curiously strong mint, to form Bitchtoid, a curiously strong and sometimes painful bitch. Definitly a lot worse to deal with than just a normal bitch.
Damn, my ex is such a bitchtoid, she just punched me in the face and broke my nose.
