Angry Small Penis Syndrome

When someone is angry at everything and hates on others for no reason.

Friend 1: "Why is Dave always so angry and hating on people?
Friend 2: "Bro, poor guy is suffering with ASPS.
Friend 1: That's too bad. At least he's good with his mouth.

Driver: You see that fuckin guy cut me off in that lifted truck?
Passenger: Yeah, he definitely got ASPS
