Any achievement or milestone that one completes during the free time they have due to the lockdown conditions necessitated by a pandemic. Applies especially to something you've been putting off for years.

"Hey, honey, I finally got the gutters cleaned!"
"Good for you, sweetie! That's quite a panchievement! Tomorrow you can start sorting out that mess of a garage!"
