Revolvo

A phrase used to describe a man who wears blue clown-face 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Often seen in their natural habitat of the desk chair, they rarely venture out of their cave unless low on cola. Always seen wearing colorful baggy clothes and carrying a massive nerf pistol to ward off potential predators. Keep away from children.
