When, after smoking a large amount of marijuana, a person actually becomes green in the face, appearing slightly like Shrek from the movie, Shrek

Collin: Dude, Nathan you smoked so much weed.

Nathan: Uhh.... Dude....

Jackson: Nathan, you're like... Shrekking it right now, you're so high.

Collin: Yeah dude, you're totally green.
