Someone who lives off the government assistance’s that doesn’t want to work at all. But if you are on welfare and have a part time job good for you because you are not a welfare rat. Atleast your trying to make ends meat.

Hey welfare rat you can’t use your Foodstamps to buy a case of Coca Cola while you have a part time minimum wage job. As we say fuck them atleast we grinding out here.
