Manchild is usually a term to describe a young man of exceptional athletic abilities beyond his years, or a youngster mature beyond his years.
"You're young in age, but physically and mentally you're a man child. You're beyond your years cause of your ability to use the left and right side of your brain. Left(rational side) Right(Emotional, intuitive side.)
