A concept recently introduced by UK Chancellor of the Exchequer denoting the absolute lack of shits the government gives for the cultural sector. Disavowed as non-essential, artists must now retrain as hedge-fund financial analysts or cybersecurity consultants.
Matthew: did you just hear about Rishi Sunak's proposal to retrain substantial portions of the workforce, namely the arts sector?
