murley 

a person who possesses qualities that make them look like they don't care about themselves, but can sometimes work in a good way. Things that make someone murley include but are not limited to: not shaving, not gettin a hair cut when needed, ripped pants, extremely worn down hat, aviator sunglasses, et cetera. . .

Dude: Baby, I need to shave.
Girl: No, its cute... I like the murley look.
