pain can be mental or physical. sometimes when it’s mental people change it to physical because mental pain hurts a lot worse than any physical pain.

pain is caused by watching the 2018 AFL grand final.
it makes you feel sad, empty, hopeless or even angry.

i feel so much pain watching this, i cant handle it anymore.
